Christmas Delivery

To ensure your delivery arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by midnight, 18th December if selecting standard delivery, and by 11am, 22nd December if selecting next day delivery.

Delivery by 24th December does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Bed & Bath Emporium, including, for example, interruptions to the services provided by our carriers.

UK Standard Delivery – Free over £75/£4.95 under £75

Choose our standard delivery service and your order will be with you within 2-5 working days, sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. UK standard delivery is free for orders over £75.

UK Express Delivery - £7.95

Order before 3pm Monday-Friday and select the Express Delivery option. We’ll dispatch your order via DPD, UPS or Royal Mail courier for delivery on the next working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Due to DPD & UPS delivery restrictions, this service is not available to some remote area postcodes. This service may not be available during certain periods.

International Delivery

If we do not deliver to your country, or you would like a faster delivery service, then simply contact us by email: info@bedandbathemporium.com or call 01613932947. We will be happy to assist you further.

Extended Christmas 2025 Returns

For those of you that are gifting a little luxury for less this Christmas, we’ve extended our returns period. Returns for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2025 will be accepted until January 31st 2026. All we ask is that the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Returns

Returning items to Bed & Bath Emporium couldn't be easier. To return an item, simply follow these steps within 28 days of receiving your order:

Fill in the returns form you received with your order.
Package up your items (please use the original item packaging) enclosing your completed (please ensure you fill in the form) returns form.
Visit this link to create and print your free Royal Mail returns label.
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any Post Office.
If you can't print at home, don't worry, most Post Offices have facilities to print prepaid labels. You can find these locations once you've created your returns label.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we can’t accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. We don’t offer an exchange service; if you’d like a replacement item, please place a new order online.

You must return the goods in good condition, unused and with their original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce a refund on any goods that are incomplete, damaged or dirtied up to a value of 100% of the price.
