Delivery

UK Standard Delivery – Free over £75/£4.95 under £75

Choose our standard delivery service and your order will be with you within 2-5 working days, sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. UK standard delivery is free for orders over £75. 
 

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £7.95 

Can’t wait to get your brand new products? Order before 12pm Monday-Friday and select the Next Working Day delivery option. We’ll dispatch your order via DPD, UPS or Royal Mail courier for delivery on the next working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Due to DPD & UPS delivery restrictions, this service is not available to some remote area postcodes. This service may not be available during certain periods. 

International Delivery 

If we do not deliver to your country, or you would like a faster delivery service, or you would like a mattress delivered to mainland Europe or Eire then simply contact us by email: info@bedandbathemporium.com or call 01613932947. We will be happy to assist you further.

 

Returns

Want to return an item? 

Returning items to Bed & Bath Emporium couldn't be easier. To return an item, simply follow these steps within 28 days of receiving your order: 

  1. Fill in the returns form you received with your order. 
  2. Package up your items (please use the original item packaging) enclosing your completed (please ensure you fill in the form) returns form. 
  3. Visit this link to create and print your free Royal Mail returns label. 
  4. Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any Post Office. 
  5. If you can't print at home, don't worry, most Post Offices have facilities to print prepaid labels. You can find these locations once you've created your returns label.  
  6. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we can’t accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. 

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. We don’t offer an exchange service; if you’d like a replacement item, please place a new order online. 

You must return the goods in good condition, unused and with their original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce a refund on any goods that are incomplete, damaged or dirtied up to a value of 100% of the price.
